Modular buildings should not be confused with manufactured buildings. Structures, built from modular pieces, are required to meet the same standards that on-site builders must meet.
Assemble pieces on site
Prebuilt pieces will be delivered and assembled on site. Onsite construction and development will be limited as much as possible to save on cost, time, and noise.
Permanent modular construction.
Our building process of permanent modular construction is designed to meet or exceed onsite stick build construction. We use the same material as onsite builders use.
